This is a relatively small release which includes two nice features for macOS and watchOS.

Mac: Continuity Camera Support

On Mac you can now use Continuity Camera that was added in macOS Mojave. This is a great feature that allows you to take pictures or scan documents on your iPhone or iPad and get those pictures back to your Mac immediately.

In Debit & Credit this is used to add new attachments to transactions. To use Continuity Camera, start creating a new transaction and click on “+” in the extra options to add an attachment. You will see an option to use your nearby iOS devices as demonstrated on this screenshot:

Siri Watch Face

By all means Siri does not have the best looking watch face on Apple Watch. But it is practical and I personally use it as my secondary watch face to quickly see relevant information for today. You can switch between watch faces by swiping left or right from the screen edges of your Apple Watch.

So now Debit & Credit will ask Siri to show information about upcoming scheduled transactions on this watch face. There is no guarantee that Siri will always display it but that still should happen fairly often. Please note that you need to enable “Notify when due” option for your scheduled transactions to use that feature.

Here is how Debit & Credit looks like on this watch face:

Also I would like to mention that Siri watch face updates every 20–30 minutes so you might not see updated information there straight away.

Special Thanks

I would like to express my words of gratitude to people who use Debit & Credit and support it by subscribing to premium version. This support is what allows me to keep delivering updates to the app, thank you very much.
